Assessment: Nuts and bolts analysis of the issue to be addressed, delivering objective insight into the specific area involved and setting the stage for developing a solution that fits your budget and operations.

Planning: Strategic, Operational, or Issue Specific (Disaster Recovery, Marketing, etc.) plan development. We build a specific plan for addressing issues identified in assessment. The plan is developed with you, not for you, in order to ensure solutions are appropriate for your operating style and capabilities.

Coaching: A committed, competent partner alongside in the execution of your plan. Whenever you're unsure about direction or just need another set of eyes on an issue your Insight coach is available to help you stay on track and making progress.

About Insight Consulting

Insight Consulting was founded in August 2006 by Harry H. "Chip" Mitchell, Jr. Chip has 27 years of performance evaluation, organizational leadership and information technology experience with the State of Florida and 3 years managerial leadership experience as a U.S. Naval officer. He also has served as a director and leader in a number of community and church boards, is currently on the board of Marketfaith Ministries and was recently selected as Chair of Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce Leads Group 3. In addition to his varied state government administrative and leadership experience Chip has started and operated an employment application service and sold real estate as a full time associate.

Upon retiring from state government Chip saw the opportunity to use his organizational planning and analysis talents in a much broader environment and in a much more creative fashion. He believes that God has given him these talents to help entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations and individuals understand and reach their truly highest purpose in the marketplace. Insight Consulting is the format in which he has chosen to use these talents.

Chip believes in continuing to learn and develop the talents he has been given and treats every engagement with clients as an opportunity for him to gain new insights as well as serve his clients.

	Fees An initial consultation is free. After that meeting a proposal with fee will be provided. Insight charges by the project for consulting and media development projects, depending on project size and complexity. Coaching services are billed hourly.
